摘  要:目的:探讨以实例录像结合模拟演练带教法在培养急诊护生评判性思维能力中应用的效果。方法:136名急诊实习护生,根据进入急诊科的时间,按奇数月和偶数月进行分组,奇数月护生应用常规带教法,共66人作为对照组;偶数月护生应用实例录像结合模拟演练带教法,共70人作为实验组。在实习结束周,由带教老师现场指导2组护生填写评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)。结果:在访谈中护生普遍反映教学方法效果良好,实验组CTDI-CV测量总分和各项特质分均有所提高寻找真相、评判性思维的自信心、认知成熟度、总分4项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实例录像结合模拟演练带教法能有效地提高护生的评判性思维能力。[ Objective ]To cultivate the method ofexample video with simulationin trainingof critical thinking ability of emergency nursing students. [ Method] 136 emergency nursing students were grouped according totime of entering the emergency department. 66 nursing students with odd months entering, as control group, were taught with conventional teaching method. 70nursing students, witheven months entering, as the experimental group, was taught withexample video and simulation teaching method. The questionnaire (CTDI - CV) was carried out at the end of practice. [Result] In the interview, the nursing students general thought that the teaching method was good. Scores of CTDI - CV measuring and various traits were improvedin experiment group. The following 4 items: seeking truth, critical thinking serf- confidence, cognitive maturity and total score had significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). [Condusion ] Example video with simulation teaching methodcan effectively improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.
