摘  要:为改革人才培养模式,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。在卓越医生教改班基础医学形态学教学过程中重建了人体结构学课程体系,在混合式教学方法下开展了形成性评价,激发了学生学习热情,帮助学生有效调控学习过程,使学生获得成就感,增强自信心,培养合作精神,有效挖掘了学生学习潜力,培养了学生创新意识及实践能力。In order to carry out the reform in training medical talents,an course system of the human body structure in basic medical morphology was reconstructed in teaching practice of the Excellent Doctor Class,and a new teaching model of"mixed teaching method plus formative assessment"was adopted. The new teaching model can motivate students to learn,help students effectively regulate their learning process,raise their sense of accomplishment,enhance students' self-confidence and culture students' cooperative spirit. It is effective to excavate the students' learning potential and cultivate the students' innovative consciousness and practical ability. The new teaching mode has achieved good results.
