摘  要:为补缺国内已有的医学形态学数字化切片库,对收集的组织切片(玻片)进行编号分类,通过Motic数字切片扫描系统进行扫描、无缝拼接,生成全视野的数字化切片,上传至服务器;利用Motic数字切片网络浏览系统建立数字化切片网络平台,包括病原学38幅(其中微生物学14张,寄生虫学24张)、胚胎学35幅,遗传学2幅,其他125幅。所有数字切片均上传至服务器平台。该平台采用B/S结构,师生无需安装客户端软件便可随时、随地直接访问,从而激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量。In order to supplement the existing domestic digital slide system of medical morphology,glassy slides were bought,collected,classified and numbered sequentially. Tissue sections were scanned by Motic Digital Slice Scanning System and seamlessly spliced to generate full-field digital slides of high resolution which were then uploaded to the server by Motic Digital Section Browser System.The newly established digital slide server system includes 38 pieces of etiology( 14 pieces of microbiology,24 pieces of parasitology),35 pieces of embryology,2 pieces of genetics,and 125 pieces of others,all of which were uploaded to the network platform. The platform is designed by B / S structure so that both teachers and students can visit it directly anytime and anywhere without installing client software.
