在校研究生创新能力强度变化分析

摘　　要：为观察研究生创新能力在校期间的发展变化,为提升研究生创新能力培养工作提供依据,应用Eugene创新能力等级强度量表,对某军校一年级和二年级研究生进行调查。结果显示,在观察的一年中,研究生全体、一年级、硕士、博士研究生创新能力等级强度均没有变化(Z=-0.418,-1.157,-0.561,-0.179,P=0.676,0.247,0.575,0.858),仅二年级研究生创新能力得到了提高(Z=-2.529,P=0.011)。To observe the developmental changes of innovation of graduate students on campus and provide the basis for the work of advancing innovation,the graduate students were surveyed in Grade One and Grade Two in a military college with Eugene innovation intensity test. The results showed that in the observed one year,none of the intensity innovations of the whole students,the students in Grade One,the master students and the doctoral students showed statistical significance（ Z =- 0. 418,- 1. 157,- 0. 561,- 0. 179,P =0. 676,0. 247,0. 575,0. 858）,and just the intensity innovation of those in Grade Two were improved（ Z =- 2. 529,P = 0. 011）.
