半挂汽车列车轴偏角对折叠角的影响分析

摘　　要：针对半挂汽车列车轴偏角对直线行驶折叠角存在影响的问题,运用ADAMS软件建立半挂汽车列车整车仿真模型,通过参数化仿真分析方法中的试验设计仿真分析方法,分析半挂汽车列车轴偏角在匀速直线行驶工况下对折叠角的影响.根据分析可得出结论:半挂汽车列车的折叠现象是一种非常危险的工况,半挂汽车列车的折叠角会伴随轴偏角的增大而增大,半挂汽车列车将会趋向于危险工况.Considering the problem of effects of axial deviation angle on folding angle of a tractor-semi trailer when it is running in straight line,with the adoption of ADAMS,the whole vehicle simulation model of tractor-semi trailer is established. By the experiment design of parametric simulation,analysis is carried out on the influence of axial deviation angle on the folding angle of tractor-semi trailer when it is running in straight line. The results show that the folding phenomenon of tractor-semitrailer is a dangerous operating condition. With the increasing of axial deviation angle,the folding angle is increasing as well,and the tractor-semi trailer tends to be in dangerous operating conditions.
