摘  要:目的以症状为主线的整合教学理念和TBL教学模式相结合在耳鼻咽喉科学教学中的应用探讨。方法通过撰写"上呼吸道呼吸困难"为主线的整合教案,采用TBL授课法,分析并阐述以症状为主线的整合教学和TBL教学法相结合的应用体会。结果症状整合教学重点解决了传统教学中相关章节内容之间彼此独立脱节的问题,从纵向向横向拓展的思维方式能够更好地锻炼学生临床思维从而完成教学目标;与TBL法相结合,提高学生学习积极性、逻辑分析、综合理解、归纳总结、语言表达、团队精神等综合能力,进而培养学生的终身学习能力。Objective To study the significance of combined using integrated teaching idea which main line is symptoms and the TBL teaching mode in otorhinolaryngology teaching. Methods Writing integrated lesson plans which main line is " Breathing difficulties of upper respiratory", using TBL teaching mode, the experience of combined using integrated teaching idea which main line is symptoms and the TBL teaching mode in otorhinolaryngology teaching was analyzed and discussed. Results Symptoms integrated teaching solved the problem that the chapters are independent of each other in traditional teaching mode. Combining with TBL teaching mode, it improved student's learning enthusiasm, logical analysis and comprehensive understanding, summarized language and teamwork sprit, and cultivated students' lifelong learning.
