摘 要:自2004年以来,新疆双语教育得到快速发展,总结双语教育发展的成效,审视存在的问题,是为新疆双语教育后续的科学发展提供经验和依据的现实需求。学生双语学习质量的提升,是双语教育的目标与诉求。文章通过对学生双语学习的调查,思考南疆双语教育的可持续发展。调查结果显示,学生对双语学习充满了渴望,对于进入双语班学习抱有非常积极的心态,学生双语学习收获的自我评价也非常高,但与此同时学业成绩并不理想。文章认为南疆双语教育要进一步发展,需坚持双语教育发展大方向不动摇,以双语教育发展质量为核心,因地制宜地走内涵式发展之路,同时着力建设一批双语教学示范校。The bilingual education in Xinjiang has developed rapidly since 2004.It is a realistic demand to summarize the achievement of bilingual education development and examine the present problems so that experience and basis can be provided for the follow-up scientific development of bilingual education in Xinjiang. The improvement of students' learning performance is the goal and demand of the bilingual education. This paper studies the sustainable development of bilingual education in South Xinjiang through the investigation of students' bilingual learning. The survey result suggests that the students are enthusiastic about bilingual learning, and they have a positive attitude to get into the bilingual classes at the same time gain a high self-assessment in the learning process, but their academic performances are not ideal. This paper holds that the bilingual education in South Xinjiang is needed to further develop, which requires keeping to the direction of bilingual education development, focusing on the quality of bilingual education development, taking the intension type development path by tailoring measures to suit local conditions, and putting forth effort to establish bilingual education demonstration schools at the same time.
