开放式管理模式联合舒适护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨开放式管理模式联合舒适护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月~12月51例精神分裂症患者作为对照组,采用封闭式病房管理模式及常规护理;选取2014年1月~12月51例精神分裂症患者作为观察组,实施开放式管理模式联合舒适护理。采用护士观察量表（NOSIE）评价两组患者的病情演变及临床疗效;采用舒适状况量表（GCQ）评价两组出院时的舒适度。结果出院时观察组NOSIE评分优于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。观察组舒适度显著高于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论精神分裂症患者应用开放式管理模式联合舒适护理干预,可促进患者恢复社会功能,提高临床疗效及患者的舒适度。Objective To explore the application effect of open management mode combined with comfort nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods From January 2013 to December,51 patients with schizophrenia were selected as control group,it used the closed ward management model and conventional nursing care;From January 2014 to December,51 patients with schizophrenia were selected as the observation group,the implementation of open management mode combined with comfort care.The clinical effect of two groups of patients were evaluated by using the observation scale of the nurses（NOSIE）,Comfort level table of the patients was evaluated by the comfort level（GCQ）.Results At discharge,the NOSIE score of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The comfort level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of open management model combined with comfort nursing intervention can promote the recovery of social function,improve the clinical effect and comfort degree of patients.
