磷酸化Tau-181蛋白在阿尔茨海默病患者临床诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：探讨血清中磷酸化Tau-181蛋白(p-tau-181)水平在AD患者和健康老年人血清中的变化规律及临床应用价值。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测77例AD患者和214例健康老年人血清中p-tau-181蛋白的含量,并分析其与AD的关系。结果:AD组与健康对照组不同性别间血清中p-tau-181蛋白水平均无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康对照A组、轻度AD、中度及以上AD血清中p-tau-181蛋白的水平依次升高,中度及以上AD组血清中p-tau-181蛋白的水平相对轻度AD组和健康对照A组有极显著差异(P<0.01),轻度AD组血清中p-tau-181蛋白相对健康对照A组有显著差异(P<0.05);以健康老年组血清中p-tau-181蛋白的含量建立参考区间,p-tau-181蛋白检测对AD诊断的特异性为89.7%,敏感性为67.5%。结论:血清中p-tau-181蛋白的浓度异常情况与阿尔茨海默病的严重程度相关并且具有重要的临床意义。This literature investigated the level of Tau-181 phosphorylation（ p-tau-181） changed in Alzheimer＇s patient and the value of clinical. Serum concentrations of p-tau-181 were determined in214 healthy volunteers and 77 AD patients with double-antibody-sandwich（ DAS） ELISA,and confirmed the relationship between p-tau level and AD. Result： The serum p-tau-181 level was not significant different（ P〈 0. 05） between the AD group and the healthy control in different gender; the serum p-tau-181 level in healthy control Group A,slightly,moderate and the severe AD patients decreased orderly,moderate and the severe AD Group had a great significant different（ P〈 0. 01） with the healthy control Group A,the serum p-tau-181 level in slightly AD Group had a significant different（ P〈 0. 01） with the healthy control Group A; the Reference Interval was built by the serum ptau-181 level in healthy group serum,the specificity of p-tau-181 protein detection in AD diagnosis was 89. 7%,and the sensitivity was 67. 5%. Conclusion： There were great relationship between theunnormal p-tau-181 serum level and the AD which had a great value of clinical.
