摘　　要：对高职院校中外合作办学与国际通用职业资格证书对接的现状与困境进行分析,提出了相应的解决对策,即完善职业资格制度,发挥政府统筹作用;创新中外合作办学模式,突出国际合作办学人才培养特色;深化中外合作教育教学改革,提高人才国际参与技能。This paper analyzes the problems of introducing international qualification certificates to Sino-foreign cooperative programs in higher vocational colleges and puts forward solutions to better the cohesion of two systems,namely,to perfect national qualification system with the full play of government＇s function,to highlight the specialty of Sino-foreign cooperative programs by creating new educationmodel,and to improve the international competitivenessof students byfurthering education reform.
