铁道工程专业中高职衔接“3+2”模式人才培养目标的分析研究

摘  要:中高职衔接"3+2"模式是构建现代职业教育体系中达到对口贯通、分段培养的有效途径之一,而人才培养目标的确立是整体模式构成的核心。分析铁道工程专业"3+2"模式人才培养的目标,系统考察在中高职衔接目标制定中铁道工程专业所具有的特殊性,论证"3+2"模式人才培养目标对专业的特点与行业用人机制特征的适应性,提出人才培养目标衔接的原则与途径。The "3 + 2"model of secondary and higher vocational education was one of the effective ways to construct the modern vocational education system,and the establishment of the goal of the talent cultivation was the core of the whole model. Through the analysis of the cultivation objective of "3 + 2"model of the railway engineering major,the paper studies the special characteristics of the railway engineering major in secondary and higher vocational college,and demonstrates the characteristics of "3 + 2 "mode and the industry with the adaptability of the mechanism,puts forward the principles and methods of the talent cultivation objectives.
