摘　　要：构建更加合理的二级学院教学质量监控体系,使一级教学质量监控转变为二级教学质量监控,不仅实现了二级学院在质量监控中的主导作用,而且实现教学质量监控的重心下移及每个教学环节都能得到了有效的监控。This paper analyzes the current situation of the two- level management＇s initial affiliated college＇s teaching quality supervision system, and constructs a more applicable affiliated college＇s teaching quality supervision system. Therefore, it changes one- level teaching quality supervision to two- level teaching quality supervision, realizing the leading role of affiliated college in supervising teaching quality and the effective supervision of each teaching link by shifting the focus of teaching quality supervision.
