摘　　要：在天津高等职业教育快速发展的过程中,存在着教育投入产出效率偏低的问题。在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,提出建立一个符合天津高等职业教育发展特点的教育投入产出指标体系,并利用数据包络分析法(DEA),借助DEAP2.1软件对天津25所高职学院教育投入产出效率进行评价,找到非DEA有效的高职院校的改进方向。in the process of rapid development of Tianjin higher vocational education ,there is a problem of lower education input -output efficiency .On the basis of drawing the former research re-sult ,this paper proposes an education input-output indicator system which conforms to the development characteristics of Tianjin higher vocational education ,and seeks out a non-DEA effective improvement direction by evaluating education input -output of 25 higher vocational schools by virtue of DEAP2 .1 software .
