摘 要:为提高大黄酚(Chr)的水溶性和生物利用度,旨在找出一种适合大黄酚-β-葡聚糖超分子复合物(Chr-β-glu)的制备方法,为制剂加工和贮存研究提供依据。分别采用饱和溶液法、共研磨法、冷冻干燥法、电磁搅拌-喷雾干燥法(ES)和共沉淀法等方法制备Chr-β-glu,以包封率、渗漏率和累积释放率为评价指标,选出最适合Chr-β-glu的制备方法。电磁搅拌-喷雾干燥法处理可以显著提高大黄酚-β-葡聚糖超分子包合物的平均包封率和累积释放率,明显优于其他方法;共沉淀法制备的Chr-β-glu的平均渗漏率最低,但与ES法制备相比没有显著性差异。采用电磁搅拌-喷雾干燥法制备的大黄酚-β-葡聚糖超分子包合物具有较高的包封率和稳定性,作为药物载体,其在医药、食品和日化工业中具有广泛的应用前景。To improve the solubility and bioavailability of chrsophanol( Chr) and provide the foundation for preparation,processing and storage of new formulations,five preparation methods of supermolecular inclusion complex of Chr and β-glucan( Chr-β-glu) were compared. The inclusion complex of Chr-β-glu prepared by saturated solution method,co-grinding method,freeze drying method,electromagnetic stirring-spray drying( ES) method and co-precipitation method,respectively,was compared based on the index of encapsulation efficiency,percolation rate and cumulative release rate. The results showed that the encapsulation efficiency and cumulative release rate of Chr-β-glu prepared by ES method was higher than samples prepared by other preparation methods. The percolation rate of Chr-β-glu prepared by co-precipitation method was lower than samples prepared by other preparation methods. However,the percolation rate was of no significant difference between ES method and co-precipitation method. The supermolecular inclusion complex of Chr and β-glucan had higher encapsulation efficiency and better stability. It will be widely applied in medicinal,food and daily chemical industries.
