摘　　要：近年,大学评价已成为日本高等教育改革的重要课题。建立和完善大学评价制度无疑对提高大学的教学研究水平,提升日本大学的国际竞争力都具有极其重要的意义。本文试图通过对日本大学评价发展状况的考察和分析,以期作为我国大学在这方面改革的参考。Recently,the evaluation of higher education institutes has become a very important policy issue in Japan.A well-developed academic evaluation system is expected to improve the quality of universities in all aspects of education and research as well as to make them more competitive.This paper tries to illuminate and analyze the situation of the Japanese academic evaluation system,which endeavors to give suggestions for establishing an evaluation system in Chinese higher education.
