摘 要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定贝类锌含量,并比较常见小型贝类体内锌的含量。结果显示,仪器的最佳的测试条件为:狭缝宽度0.2 mm,灯电流2.0 mA,助燃比7∶1,燃烧器高度6.0 mm。在此条件下,获得线性方程A=0.069 2C+0.002 8,相关系数R^2=0.999 3,相对标准偏差RSD<3.11%,加标回收率在90.8%~114.6%范围内。该方法获得的仪器最低检出限为0.054μg/mL。证明了建立的方法灵敏、准确、可靠,是一种比较理想的测定贝类锌含量的方法。测定结果还显示在测定的8种贝类中,牡蛎和扇贝中锌元素含量较高。Flame atomic absorption spectrometric was established for the determination of the zinc content in shellfish. Zinc contents of common small shellfish were detected either. The optimum condition was that the slit width was 0.2 nm, lamp was 2.0 mA, air-acetylene combustionration was 7/1, burner height was 6.0 mm. Under this condition, the linear equation was A=0.069 2C+ 0.002 8, correlation coefficient R^2 was 0.999 3, the RSD〈3.11%. The addition standard recovery was 90.8%~114.6%. The detection limit of zinc was 0.054 μg/mL. This method was sensitive, accurate and reliable. It was an ideal method used for determination of Zinc in shellfish. In the determination of eight kinds of shellfish, Ostrea gigas thunberg and scallop contained more zinc.
