摘　　要：认识新常态、适应新常态、引领新常态,是我国当前经济社会发展的主旋律,是高等教育事业进一步发展的核心理念,也是高校思想政治教育优化的必然选择。在这样的大背景下,专业化无疑是高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的主流趋势,其有利于提高思想政治教育实效性,有利于加快马克思主义学科建设的步伐,有利于实现高等教育内涵式发展。从满足思政教师合理需要、健全思政教师培训机制及优化思政教师奖惩体系入手,可以有效促进高校思想政治理论课教师专业化建设。Under the new economic growth stage in China,there is no doubt that specialization is the mainstream for college teachers of ideological and political theory. It is beneficial for college teachers to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,to accelerate Marx＇s discipline construction. To meet the reasonable needs of the ideological and political education,we should improve the training mechanism of the ideological and political teachers and optimize of system of rewards and penalties and effectively promote professional development of the ideological and political teachers in China.
