摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出,要"加强实验室建设,强化实践教学环节"。黑龙江工程学院一直致力于应用型大学建设,不断加强实践教学建设,努力探索应用型人才的培养模式和途径。经管类实践教学师资队伍的建设在应用型本科院校经管类教学中显得尤为重要,因此,针对经管类实践师资队伍建设的问题进行深入的分析,并提出完善经管类实践教师队伍建设的策略。Country middle and long term educational reform and development plan（2010- 2020） put forward,to strengthen the laboratory construction,strengthen the practice teaching link ＂. Heilongjiang Academy of engineering has been working on the construction of the applied university,we strengthen the construction of practice teaching,to explore the applied talents cultivation model and the approaches. Economics and management practice teaching team construction in Applied Undergraduate Management teaching is particularly important. Therefore,aiming at the problems of economics and management practice of the building of the contingent of teachers were in-depth analysis,and put forward the strategy of improving the economics and management practice of the building of the contingent of Teachers.
