摘 要:目的探讨针灸学教学中采用PBL模式的效果与价值。方法从2014级与2015级针灸学学生中选取49例为观察组,52例为对照组。观察组学生采用PBL教学方式,对照组学生应用以授课为基础的教学模式(LBL),比较两组学生考核成绩与出勤率。结果观察组学生的考核平均成绩为(84.1±9.1)分,高于对照组;其考核成绩分布状况优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组学生的出勤率为100.0%,亦高于对照组学生。结论针灸学教学中采用PBL教学模式可提高学生的学习积极性,良好改善教学质量,完善学生对教学内容的掌握程度。Objective To explore the effect and value of using PBL mode in the teaching of acupuncture. Methods Students of department of acupuncture from grade 2014 and 2015 were divided into 49 cases of students as observation group, and 52 cases of students as control group. Observation group of students used PBL teaching mode, in the control group, the teaching mode(LBL) is applied to the teaching, to compare two groups of students' examination result and attendance. Results The average score of the observation group was(84.1±9.1), which was higher than that of control group. The distribution of the assessment results was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The attendance rate of the observation group was 100.0%, which was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Using the PBL teaching mode in the teaching of acupuncture can improve the student's study enthusiasm, improve the teaching quality and improve the students' mastery of teaching content.
