摘　　要：文章通过对产教融合、校企合作协同培养人才动因及机理的深入分析,提出应用型本科院校在协同培养人才上,要采取改革院校组织机构;企业进校建厂,高校提供场地、技术及劳动力;增加创新、创业教育等举措,对应用型本科高校培养适应经济发展需要的技术性人才具有重要的参考价值。By analyzing the drive and mechanism of cooperative model of talent training,it is proposed that the application-oriented universities should reform the organization and allow the companies to construct plants in schools. The universities should provide place and human resource and enhance innovative education and entrepreneurship education. This may be of great value of reference for this type of schools to train technical talented people that are needed for the economic development.
