摘　　要：为了提高医院管理学课程的教学质量,皖南医学院人文与管理学院开展了实践教学改革,利用现有的公共管理实验教学中心,采取医院实践调查这种参与式的实践课形式,改善了学生的学习积极性和创新能力。本文将对此次教学改革的内容进行经验介绍和总结,为医院管理学教学发展提供理论和实践依据。To improve the teaching quality of the course of hospital management, we carried out the reform of practice teaching, taking the form of practical investigation, using the existing public management experimental teaching center. This article will introduce and summarize the content of the teaching reform, and provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of hospital management.
