高校推动新教师专业化发展探析——以大连海洋大学2015年新教师教学技能培训为例

摘　　要：新教师作为高校师资队伍的新鲜血液,其专业化发展水平直接影响到学校的教学质量和科学研究实力。工作之初,新教师面临着迅速掌握教学基本功、明确科研方向、融入学校、强化师德意识等压力。文章总结了大连海洋大学教师教学发展中心在缓解教师压力,提高新教师教学能力方面做出的积极探索,提出了教师教学发展中心需要完善的培训机制及学校在推动新教师专业化发展方面的举措。New teachers as the fresh blood for the faculty of universities,their professional development level directly affects the level of the quality of teaching and scientific research strength.At the beginning of their work,they faced with the pressure of how to master the basics of teaching quickly,clear the research direction,integration into the university,and enhance teachers＇ awareness of ethic.This paper summarizes the active exploration of Center for Teaching Development in Dalian Ocean University to alleviate the pressure of new teachers and improve their teaching ability.And this paper also sums up the raising for improve of the training mechanism for the Center for Teaching Development,and the initiative of promoting the new teachers＇ professional development for universities.
