摘　　要：采用形态学鉴定、16S rDNA分子鉴定及生理生化分析结合的方法对1株革兰氏阳性厌氧细菌进行鉴定。结果表明：该菌革兰氏染色为阳性,细胞呈杆状,单个或链状,0.6~1.2×3.0~8.0μm,与丁酸梭菌（Clostridium butyricum）的相似度最大,达到98%。该株细菌鉴定为丁酸梭菌（Clostridium butyricum）。One gram positive anaerobic bacteria is identified by morphological identification,16 S rDNA molecular identification, physiological and biochemical analysis. The results showed that： bacteria gram positive, rod-shaped cells, single or chain, 6~1.2×3.0~8.0μm, and the similarity of Clostridium butyricum maximum, up to 98%. The strain were identified as Clostridium butyricum.
