摘  要:为了提高小球藻油脂的提取效率,优化强酸破碎小球藻细胞壁的工艺条件,本文以油脂提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,研究了物料浓度、酸添加量、水浴温度、水浴时间四个因素对小球藻细胞壁破碎过程的影响。得出的最佳工艺条件为:物料浓度为100g/L,硫酸添加量为原料干重的25%(w/w),水浴温度为90℃,水浴时间为1.5h。小球藻通过此工艺处理后,油脂的提取率可达到55%以上。这是一种有效、可靠的处理方法 ,可以为提高微藻油脂的提取效率提供了一定的工艺参考。In order to improve the extraction efficiency of oil from chlorella and optimize the technology of cytoderm broken by acid. This article use extraction yield of oil in chlorella as the index, through single factor experiment and L9(34) orthogonal experiment, the influence of raw material concentration, acid content, water bath temperature and time in cytoderm broken process were studied. As a result, the best technology is that material concentration is 100g/L, the additive proportion of sulfuric acid is 25%(w/w) of raw material dry weight, the water bath temperature is 90℃ and the water bath time is 1.5h. Through this processing, the extraction yield of oil can reach above 50%. Therefore, this technology is reliable and effective, provide some technological reference for the extraction of oil from chlorella.
