摘 要:目的探讨儿童期躯体虐待与大学生攻击性和自尊的关系,为促进儿童青少年身心健康发展提供参考。方法采用中文版儿童期虐待问卷、Rosenberg自尊量表、攻击性问卷修订版,对随机整群抽取的沈阳市3所大学的809名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生儿童期躯体虐待的检出率为29.17%(236/809)。受虐组与非受虐组在攻击性总均分上差异有统计学意义[(2.69±0.51)(2.21±0.55),t=-11.640,P〈0.01];受虐组自尊得分高于非虐待组[(2.53±0.43)(2.34±0.89),t=-3.170,P〈0.01];受虐组在攻击性各个维度上得分均高于非虐待组(P值均〈0.01)。相关分析结果显示,躯体虐待与躯体忽视相关有统计学意义(r=0.569,P〈0.01);攻击性中身体攻击、言语攻击、愤怒、敌意各因子相关有统计学意义(r=0.481~0.695,P值均〈0.01);躯体虐待和躯体忽视与攻击性中身体攻击、言语攻击、愤怒、敌意等呈正相关(r=0.219~0.348,P值均〈0.01),与自尊呈正相关(r值分别为0.104,0.073,P值均〈0.01);自尊与攻击性4个维度均呈正相关(r=0.111~0.195,P值均〈0.01)。结构模型分析结果显示,自尊在大学生儿童期躯体虐待与攻击性中起部分中介作用。结论大学生儿童期躯体虐待可以直接预测攻击性,也可以通过自尊间接预测攻击性。可以从自尊入手对大学生攻击行为进行干预。Objective The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship among childhood physical abuse, aggressivity and self-esteem. Methods Cluster sampling was applied in this study while 809 college students were chosen from the university of Liaoning Province as subjects. Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-28 item Short Form( CTQ-SF), Rosenberg self-esteem scale and aggressivity Questionnaire were applied in this investigation. Results In the investigation, 29.17% of the college students had been maltreated in their childhood. The score of abused group was significantly higher than non-abused group on the self-esteem[( 2.53±0.43) vs.( 2.34±0.89), P〈0.01], and significantly higher than non-abused group on aggressivity[( 2.69±0.51) vs.( 2.21±0.55), P〈0.01]. Childhood physical abuse and aggressivity was a significant positive correlation( P〈0.01); self-esteem, physical abuse and aggressivity showed a significant positive correlation( P〈0. 01); childhood physical abuse can predict aggressivity and self-esteem forward. Self-esteem plays a partly mediating role in the childhood physical abuse and aggressivity. Conclusion childhood physical abuse can predict the aggressivity of college students, but also an indirect effect through the self-esteem to its aggressivity.
