摘  要:目的:了解护生对临床实习带教质量的评价,分析临床实习带教存在的问题,提出相应的对策,以提高临床护理教学质量。方法:采用自制的带教老师教学质量评价量表对126名实习初、中、后期护生进行调查,并每次随机抽取10名护生进行访谈,了解临床教师素质、教学方式、教学内涵、教学态度4个方面共20项指标。结果:护生对临床带教老师的总体评价良好。"教师素质"及"教学态度"中条目得分较高;"教学内涵"及"教学方式"中部分条目得分较低,主要体现在培养护生临床评判思维能力、沟通能力及科研意识等方面存在不足。结论:临床带教老师需要在培养护生临床评判思维能力、沟通能力及科研意识方面加强,且要改进教学方式方法,更好地满足护生需求,提高护生对临床带教质量的满意度。Objective: To understand the quality of nursing students in clinical practice, analyze the existing problems and propose countermeasures to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 126 nursing students were investigated by self made teaching quality evaluation of the teaching quality of the teachers, and 10 nursing students were randomly selected from each time, and the 20 index of four aspects, quality of clinical teachers, teaching methods, teaching content and teaching attitude, were investigated. Results: The overall evaluation of nursing students in clinical teaching was good. The items of "teacher quality" and " teaching attitude" showed higher scores; the "teaching content" and "teaching method" showed lower scores, which mainly reflected in the cultivation of nursing students' clinical judgment thinking ability, communication ability and scientific research consciousness etc. Conclusion: The clinical nursing teachers need to strengthen the clinical evaluation of nursing students, communication ability and scientific research consciousness, to improve the teaching methods, meet the needs of nursing students, and to improve the quality of nursing students' satisfaction.
