视网膜激光光凝联合通塞脉片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价视网膜激光光凝联合通塞脉片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床效果。方法 40例（40只眼）视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分为两组：A组：激光治疗组（20只眼）;B组：通塞脉片＋激光治疗组（20只眼）。A组单纯给予视网膜激光光凝治疗。B组除给予视网膜激光光凝治疗外,同时服用通塞脉片（0.35 g/片）。观察两组患者视力、视网膜水肿、出血、渗出吸收等临床疗效以及远期并发症发生情况。结果临床疗效比较：通塞脉片＋激光治疗组总有效率为85%,激光治疗组总有效率为55%,两组疗效差异显著（χ^2=4.286,P〈0.05）,通塞脉片＋激光治疗组临床疗效明显优于激光治疗组。并发症比较：通塞脉片＋激光治疗组并发症发生率为15%;激光治疗组并发症发生率为30%,通塞脉片＋激光治疗组并发症发生率低于激光治疗组,但无统计学意义（χ^2=1.310,P〉0.05）。结论视网膜激光光凝联合通塞脉片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞效果确切,能显著改善患者视力,促进视网膜水肿、出血及渗出的吸收与消退,减少晚期并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate clinical effects of retinal photocoagulation combined with Tong Sai Mai tablets in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods Totally 40 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into two group： group A（ n = 20） were treated with retinal photocoagulation alone,and group B（ n = 20） were treated with retinal photocoagulation and Tong Sai Mai tablets（ 4 tablets each time,3 times a day）. Changes in visual acuity,symptoms and complications were compared. Results The rate of symptom relief was significantly better in group B than in group A（ P〈0. 05）. There were less complications in group B,but this difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Retinal photocoagulation combined with Tong Sai Mai tablets could promote absorption of retinal hemorrhage,improve visual function,and reduce complications. This regimen is an effective and safe treatment for retinal vein occlusion.
