摘 要:为了提高沥青路面加热效率、防止沥青过度老化、减少后续环节对骨料破碎的影响,基于一维传热假设,采用理论分析、试验和数值模拟方法,研究沥青路面加热过程中能量输入与温升特性之间的关系。研究结果表明:为保证沥青路面加热过程中表层温度恒定、沥青不发生严重老化,加热功率应随着加热过程的进行逐步降低;沥青路面表层温度越高,沥青路面达到设定温度时间越短,所需加热能量越少;沥青路面就地热再生施工中,各加热机的加热功率应阶梯配置,才能获得高效、高质量的加热效果。In order to improve the heating efficiency of asphalt pavement,prevent asphalt being excessively aged and reduce the impact of aggregate crush in the following procedures,based on the assumption of one-dimensional heat transfer theory,relation between heat input and the temperature rising characteristics in asphalt pavement heating process was investigated by theoretical analysis,experiment and numerical simulation.The results show that,in order to keep the surface temperature of asphalt pavement constant and the asphalt not being excessively aged in the heating process,the heating power should be gradually reduced along the heating process.The higher the surface temperature of asphalt pavement is,the shorter the time needed to reach the set temperature,and the less the energy required to heat the asphalt pavement.In inplace hot recycling construction for asphalt pavement,the heating powers of heating machines should be set in laddering to achieve the heat effect of high efficiency and high quality.
