对2014年版《技规》中列车制动部分有关条文的商榷

摘　　要：2014年版《铁路技术管理规程》普速铁路部分第261条规定的机车车辆闸瓦压力表和客货列车紧急制动限速表的条文与表格内容多处存在疑义;第263条第27表中规定了轴重≥25t的货物列车紧急制动距离限值,但第261条有关表格中缺少与之相配套的换算闸瓦压力和紧急制动限速。本文对上述问题提出相应的商榷和改进建议。In the clause 261 of《Regulations of railway technical operation》（the 2014 edition,part of ordinary speed）,there are some confusion about the list of brake shoe pressure for locomotive car,and the list of train emergency braking distance limit for passengerfreight train.In addition,the train emergency braking distance limit for freight train（axle load≥25t）is predetermined in the list 27 of clause 263,but the necessary corresponding conversion brake shoe pressure and train emergency braking speed limit are lacking in the clause 261.Directed against above-mentioned questions,the corresponding opinions and improving suggestions are made in this paper.
