摘 要:针对双目视觉脉搏信息测量系统中相机微距工作、公共视场小、成像范围有限的特点,研究相机标定的原理和方法,实现双目视觉系统的标定.采用微型黑白棋盘格高精度标定板,在自制背光源辅助下,双目视觉脉搏信息测量系统中的左右相机同步采集高质量标定图像,基于张正友标定方法,对系统进行标定,标定结果精度较高.基于该标定方法的脉搏幅度测量结果的标准偏差控制在0.040 0以下,结果稳定可靠,故该标定方法可用于脉搏信息测量系统的标定,为后续脉搏幅度的精确提取及脉搏形态三维重构打下良好的基础.Aimed at the feature of utilization of cameras in binocular vision pulse measurement system such as micro-focusing,small public field of view,and limited imagery range,aprinciple and method of camera calibration were studied and the binocular vision system calibration was realized.With the help of self-made backlight supply and by using microscale high-precision calibration board with chessboard lattice,high-quality calibrated images were synchronously captured by left-right cameras of the binocular vision pulse measurement system.And then the system calibration was completed based on Zhang's calibration method and the calibration accuracy was high.The standard deviation of the measurement of pulse amplitudes with this calibration method was controlled to be less than 0.040 0and the measurement result was stable and reliable.Therefore,this calibration method can be used for calibration of pulse information measurement system,laying agood foundation for subsequent accurate extraction of pulse amplitude and three-dimensional reconstruction of pulse morphology.
