韩国的“学分累积制度”对我国构建学分银行管理机制的启示

摘　　要：学分银行是沟通衔接各类教育、推进终身学习的一种重要的教育制度。韩国"学分累积制度"的实施,有效地促进了各类教育之间的衔接,扩大了高等教育的机会,为实现终身学习社会奠定了良好的基础。本文较为详细地介绍了韩国"学分累积制度"的管理模式以及运行机制,并对我国构建学分银行管理机制,提出了若干有益的建议。Credit bank is an important educational system, which could integrate all kinds of education, and promote lifelong learning. Ever since its implementation in South Korea, the credit accumulation system has effectively promoted interaction between all kinds of education, and provided more higher education opportunities, as a result, this mechanism has laid a solid foundation for building a lifelong-learning society. This paper gives an in-depth introduction to the system's management mode and operation mechanism, and summarizes some insights to constructing the management mechanism of credit bank in China.
