台湾地区终身教育体系建设的政策脉络、发展路径与启示

摘　　要：台湾地区终身教育政策经历了终身教育理念政策化、终身教育政策法制化、终身教育法深耕三个阶段。在这些政策的推动下,台湾地区充分发挥家庭教育、社区教育、高龄教育以及社教机构、民间非营利组织之终身教育功能。构建了从学前儿童一直到高龄长者的终身教育体系,包括正规、非正规及非正式的教育活动,涵盖家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育三个方面。Taiwan experienced a lifelong education policy of the concept of lifelong education policy, lifelong education policy le- galization, and popularization of the concept of lifelong learning three stages. Under the impetus of these policies, Taiwan take advanta- ges of family education, community education, elderly education, social education institutions, non -profit organization to promoting lifelong education. There are have constructed a lifelong education system from pre - school children to elderly, including fOrmal, non -formal and informal education programs, covering family education, school education, social education .
