摘  要:从教师评价的角度对中学校长信息化领导力实施问卷调查,通过Mplus7软件对数据进行结构方程模型分析,结果表明:中学校长的信息技术能力对其信息化规划能力具有直接的正向作用效应,信息化规划能力对其信息化评估能力和信息化管理能力具有直接的正向作用效应,信息化评估能力对其信息化管理能力具有直接的正向作用效应,信息化管理能力对学校信息化效能具有直接的正向作用效应。基于数据分析结果,建议着重提升中学校长的信息化管理能力、着力提升其信息化规划能力、科学提升其信息技术能力。From the perspective of teacher evaluation to conduct a questionnaire survey of secondary school principals'information- ization leadership, then make an analysis of structural equation model by Mplus7 software for data. The data analysis results show that : the information technology capability of secondary school principals has a direct positive effect on informationization planning capability, the informationization planning capability of secondary school principals has a direct positive effect on the informationization assessment capability, secondary school principals'informationization planning capability has a direct positive effect on its informationization man- agement capability, the secondary school principals'informationization assessment capability has a direct positive effect on its informa- tionization management capability, and the secondary school principals" informationization management capability has a direct positive effect on the informationization school efficiency. Based on the conclusion of empirical analysis, the article puts forward the correspond- ing promotion suggestions ~ pay attention to informationization management capability of secondary school principals, enhance the infor- mationization planning capability of secondary school principals, and enhance the information technology capability of the secondary school principals scientifically.
