张仲景“调枢机”思想在心系疾病临证体会

摘　　要：大柴胡汤为仲景名方之一,具有和枢机、解郁热、达三焦、畅气机之效。笔者深入钻研张仲景辨证立法旨意,结合多年临证体会所悟,从调治少阳、疏达肝胆,祛瘀化痰、通腑泄浊,和解表里、内泄热结等方面,具体论述了大柴胡汤"调枢机"思想在心系疾病的临证体会,以证为基,以症为靶,以病为参。以经方治疗冠心病心绞痛、高血压等心系疾病获益良多。Dachaihu Decoction as one of the famous prescription of Zhongjing,has stagnated heat,as cardinal,and solution of triple energizer,Qi effect. The author in-depth study of ZHANG Zhongjing’s dialectical legislative intent,combined with years of clinical experience of the enlightenment,from Yang,modulation less hydrophobic of courage;Phlegm and dispelling stasis on relieving drain turbidity;reconciliation list,inside leaking from three aspects,such as hot junction discussed major bupleurum decoction＂cardinal＂thoughts in heart disease clinical experience. In order to permit the group to disease as a target,as the reference to the disease. with classical prescriptions in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases benefit.
