摘 要:为了减小军用车辆在行进中车载武器的振动响应,确保武器发射精度与稳定性。首先根据振动力学理论构建车辆的四自由度动力学模型,便于研究车辆的俯仰振动响应。其次借助随机理论,用滤波白噪声法拟合出单轮路面的输入函数。最后对武器的安装方式提出改进方案,增加隔振措施。使用仿真软件MATLAB/simulink构建改进后的六自由度动力学模型,并对改进前后结果进行仿真分析。结果表明,采取隔振措施可以有效地降低由于路面激励对武器带来的振动响应。为武器安装的结构优化提供了理论依据和方法借鉴。In order to reduce the vibration response and ensure the accuracy coupled with stability of the vehicle - mounted weapons during the military vehicles' moving, based on vibration theory, we constructed a vibration model with four degrees of freedom, which can serve for the research on our vehicles' pitching response. Furthermore, with the aid of stochastic theory, using the method of filtering white noise, we fitted the output function. At last, the mod- ification measures concerned with vibration isolation for weapon's installation were proposed. After that, we conducted simulating analysis on the already - improved vibration models with six degrees of freedom and compared the simula- tion result with that of before. The result of comparison shows that the vibration isolation measures can effectively reduce the vibrating responses due to the pavement excitation, which can provide some theoretical basis and a method for the structural optimization of weapon installation.
