高职软件类专业学生职业能力评价体系研究——基于软件外包企业岗位需求视角

摘　　要：在深入调查的基础上,从软件外包企业实际岗位(群)需求的角度,对高职软件类专业学生应具备的职业能力进行了全面的分析阐述,构建了高职软件类专业学生职业能力评价指标体系;采用层次分析法(AHP)建立了职业能力评价模型,并进行了实例研究.研究结果表明,模型具有较强的可操作性,基本达到了对学生职业能力水平进行客观全面、科学有效评价之目的.On the basis of deep investigation and from the perspective of demand based on the actual position（s）of software outsourcing enterprises,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of software students＇ professional competence in vocational colleges,constructs the relative evaluation index system and establishes an occupation ability evaluation model using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to make case studies.The findings reveal that the models are practical and can satisfy the needs for assessing the professional capacity of students in a comprehensively scientific and effective way.
