舟山市三所高校学生食用方便面行为现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查浙江省舟山市高校学生食用方便面的情况,并分析其原因,为大学生健康教育提供理论依据。方法采取随机抽样匿名调查的方法,对浙江省舟山市3所高校的450名学生进行问卷调查,并使用SPSS19.0分析软件进行数据统计处理。结果在被调查的450名大学生中,食用方便面的人占调查总人数的70%,其中男生的食用率为55.05%,女生的食用率为81.75%,女生的食用率显著高于男生(P<0.01);大学生食用方便面主要是为了充饥,大学生购买方便面的主要因素是不想去食堂。结论舟山地区高校学生的方便面食用率较高,应加强大学生的营养知识教育,引导大学生养成健康的生活方式。Objective： to investigate and analyze the college students eating instant noodles in Zhoushan,Zhejiang province,to offer theoretical basis for health and education. Methods： We surveyed anonymous three universities with the total students number of 450,that is,150 students were questionared per college. The statistics was analyzed by SPSS 19. 0.Results： The results suggested that the students having instant noodles was about 70%,with the male students at 55% and the female students at 81. 7% respectively,and the the number of the female is significantly higher than that of the male（ P〈 0. 01）. In the survey,it was found that the main reason for them to buy instant noodles was for satisfying their hunger,and they didn＇t want to go to the canteen. Conclusion： The result implies that it is common for college students to eat instant noodles,and we should do more to enhance the students＇ education about nutriceutical knowledge and to guide them to develop a healthy lifestyle.
