摘 要:科研激励机制的建立与完善,是医院优化内部管理,改善绩效,提升核心竞争力的关键。高校附属医院医务人员肩负医疗、教学、科研三重任务,科研时间与精力相对受限,如何利用合理的科研激励机制调动医院医务人员从事科研工作的积极性,对于提升医院科研实力至关重要。本文介绍了新疆医科大学第二附属医院科研激励机制及取得的成效,并对实施效果和存在问题进行初步探索与思考。The Establishment and improvement of the scientific research incentive mechanism is the key to optimize the internal management, improve the performance, enhance the core competitive- ness of the hospital. Research time and energy is limited because University Affiliated Hospital Medical Staff are in charge of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. It's very important to mobi- lize the scientific research enthusiasm of the medical staff by using the scientific research incentive mechanism and promote the scientific research strength of hospital. This paper introduced the scientific research incentive mechanism and the achievements in the Second Affiliated Hospital of The Xinjiang Medical University. The exploration and thinking on the results and the existing problems are pro posed in the paper.
