潍坊地区13～19岁青少年社交焦虑障碍现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解潍坊地区青少年社交焦虑障碍的现状及其影响因素,为青少年社交焦虑障碍的防治提供依据.方法 采用整群抽样方法 抽取潍坊地区四所学校共计637名青少年学生,利用社交焦虑量表进行问卷调查和统计学分析.结果 潍坊地区青少年轻度社交焦虑障碍占11.5%,重度社交焦虑障碍占3.3%.13-19岁青少年社交焦虑障碍总患病率为14.8%、其中男性患病率为14.6%、女性患病率为14.9%.女性（OR=9.961）、独生子女（OR=1.026）、留守儿童（OR=8.374）、农村生源（OR=6.438）、父母文化程度高是青少年社交焦虑障碍发生的主要危险因素.结论 潍坊地区青少年社交焦虑障碍现状不容乐观,有关部门及家庭学校应该给予足够重视.Objective To overall grasp the social status and factors of adolescent＇s social anxiety disorder in Weifang, to further enrich its theory, and to provide theory evidence for solving Social anxiety disorder in Weifang. Methods Using the method of cluster sampling, we chose a total of 637 adolescent students from four schools in Weifang, then handed out questionnaires to them, and used Social anxiety scale for statistical analysis. Results The research showed that mild social anxiety disorder accounted for 11.5% , and severe social anxiety disorder accounted for 3.3%. Overall prevalence rate of social anxiety disorder of adolescents of 13 to 19 years old was 14.8%. Among them, the prevalence rate of male was 14.6% and that of female was 14.9%. The condition of adolescent＇s social anxiety disorder in Weifang was very serious, female （ OR=9. 961 ）, the only child （ OR = 1. 026）, left-behind children （ OR = 8. 374） , countryside students （ OR = 6. 438 ）, and the degree of parental education （ OR〈 1 ） could affect the occurrence of social anxiety disorder. Conclusion The condition of adolescent＇ s social anxiety disorder in Weifang is not optimistic, so the related departments, schools and families should pay enough attention to it.
