高校行政管理专业学生能力培养重点及策略

摘　　要：高校行政管理专业能力培养的重点有八个方面:行政道德能力、公共问题的分析能力和公共政策的解读能力、社会调查能力、财务能力、信息处理能力、沟通协调能力、公文写作能力、跨文化交往能力。这些能力的培养通过相应的课程安排和教学活动来实现。其教学活动必须讲究方法和策略,行政管理专业最重要的教学策略有三种:案例教学、研讨式教学和实践教学。The capabilities of training college administrative management contain 8 aspects ： administrative morality, analy- sis of public issues, explanation of public policies, handling finance, processing information, communication and negotiation, ad- ministrative writing and cross-cultural communication, which can be achieved through the corresponding curriculum arrangement and teaching activities. The most important strategies that can be used in administrative management teaching are case study, discussion study and practicing study.
