摘 要:以大叶种茶树幼苗为试验材料,采用室内盆栽培养、生理生化测定的试验方法,研究不同质量浓度铜胁迫对大叶种茶树幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果显示:在铜胁迫下,茶树幼苗体内叶绿素含量和保护酶发生了一系列变化,表现出明显的剂量效应,铜质量浓度在0~30 mg/L范围内,茶树幼苗叶绿素含量先上升后下降;SOD、POD、CAT活性先升高后降低;MDA含量则随铜质量浓度增加而升高。本研究表明:低质量浓度的铜可以激发大叶种茶树幼苗抗氧化酶活性,并使叶绿素含量升高,但高质量浓度铜胁迫会导致茶树幼苗体内产生过多活性氧自由基,从而导致叶绿素含量及抗氧化酶活性降低。Experiment was carried out on the influence of copper stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics of large-leaf tea seeding by indoor potted culture. The result indicated that under the stress of copper,chlorophyll content and protective enzymes closely related to the adversity changed with evident relation of dosage / efficiency; when copper concentrations were 0 ~ 30 mg / L,chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased. The activities of SOD,CAT and POD went up at the beginning of copper stress,but all decreased as the quantity of copper increasing,while the MDA content increased all the time. It is concluded that low-level copper stress could stimulate the antioxidant enzyme activity in large-leaf tea seeding and raise the chlorophyll content,however,the high concentration of copper stress could increase the superoxide radicals’ contents in tea seedling so that the chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity decreased.
