摘  要:在贵州很多茶叶企业中,用于扁形茶的理条工序都是以理条机和多用机为主,而理条设备的理条效果经生产实践理条机优于多用机,但所有茶企的理条投叶量是以制茶人员感官而控制。为了探索理条机最佳投叶量,设置4个梯度投叶处理A、B、C、D,试验表明:直条率分别为21%、56%、87%、16%。而对品质和工艺过程的影响中,处理A条索欠直收张尚好,茶叶色泽翠绿,清香,茶叶抛抖程度好,无茶叶溢出槽锅;处理B条索尚直收张较好,茶叶色泽翠绿略暗,清香,茶叶抛抖程度好,茶叶透气好,无茶溢出槽锅;处理C条索较直收张好,茶叶色泽翠绿略暗,清香,茶叶抛抖程度较好,茶叶透气较好,无茶溢出槽锅;处理D条索欠直收张较差,茶叶色泽较翠绿略暗,清香,茶叶抛抖程度一般,茶叶透气尚差,茶叶溢出槽锅严重。综合品质处理C最好,4种处理的投叶理条效果以处理C为最好。A lot of tea enterprises of Guizhou,for article sector of tea process is based on the machines and installations,and managed the equipment article of effect by the production practice of the machine is better than the installations,but all of the tea companies of the leaf quantity is tea sensory and control personnel.Article in order to explore the principle machine optimum leaf quantity setting up four gradients for processing A,B,C,D.The test data showes that:the straight rate were 21%,56%,87% and 56% respectively.And the influence on the quality and the technological process,processing A rope owe is still good,the tea is green color,fragrance,and tea shaking degree good,no overflow tank tea pot;Article processing B straight line is good,tea is slightly dark green color,fragrance,tea left shaking degree good,good air permeability,tea without overflow tank tea pot;With C cords a straight piece of good,tea is slightly dark green color,fragrance,tea shaking degree good,good tea breathable,no overflow tank tea pot;Article processing D owe less straight actuating,tea is slightly dark green color,fragrance,tea shaking degree generally,tea ventilation is poor,overflow tank tea pot.Comprehensive quality with C is the best,the effect of 4 kinds of processing of cast foliation with C as the best.
