摘 要:为考察幼儿教师职业认同、领悟社会支持及自尊的相互作用关系,建立三者的关系模型,采用分层整群抽样,抽取473名幼儿教师,采用教师职业认同量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和自尊量表(SES)进行调查,收回有效问卷450份。结果发现幼儿教师职业认同、领悟社会支持及自尊三者之间存在显著正相关;自尊具有不完全中介效应,中介效应占总效应的32.4%。In order to study the interaction of career identity,perceived social support and self-esteem of preschool teacher and establish the relation model thereof stratified cluster sampling method has been adopted to select473 preschool teachers; investigation has been conducted using Teacher's Career Identity Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale( PSSS) and Self-Esteem Scale( SES),and 450 valid questionnaires have been obtained. The result shows there is significant positive correlation among career identity,perceived social support and self-esteem of preschool teacher; self- esteem has incomplete mediating effect which accounts for 32. 4% of the total effect.
