摘　　要：建设创新实验室是激发学生创新思维和培养学生工程能力的最佳场所,该校在建设创新实验室过程中,瞄准提高学生创新能力这一根本目标,形成了以大学生创新项目为载体、采用自主式探索型学习模式、以"导师制"为主要培养形式的创新实验室运行机制,组织学生参加高水平的学科竞赛成为实验室发展的强力"推进剂",经过不断的探索和实践,创新实验室实现良性运行,在人才培养方面取得了可喜的成果。An innovative laboratory is the best place to stimulate the innovative thinking of students and to cultivate their engineering ability.In the process of building innovative laboratory of Automation College of Beijing Union University,improving students＇ innovative ability is regarded as fundamental objective.Taking college students＇ innovative projects as a carrier,autonomic exploration as learning mode,and tutorial as training form,the operating mechanism of innovative laboratory has been formed.In the meantime,organizing students to participate in high level academic contests has become a powerful propellant to develop the laboratory.After continuous exploration and practice,the innovative laboratory has begun to operate healthily and gratifying results have been achieved on talent cultivation.
