摘　　要：基于工程训练类课程"做中学"和"做中融"的特点,通过对工程训练教学目标的分析,构建了一套"四模块,四要素,多层次"的工程训练实践教学质量监控体系,确定了以教学管理部、教师、学生、实训环境为主要内容的监控对象,以教师测评、学生网络评教及教学管理部统筹评教结果的方法,实现了工程训练实践教学的有效督导。Because of the characteristics about＂Learning by Doing＂and ＂Digesting by Doing＂in Engineering Training course,the teaching objectives are analyzed.The teaching quality supervision system of engineering training was built based on ＂Four-module,Four-element and Multi-level.＂Teaching department,teachers,students and training environment are identified as the main content of monitoring objects.The method of teacher evaluation and students＇ network assessment was also determined.For managing the evaluation result,teaching department was utilized.So the engineering training teaching can be supervised effectively.
