摘　　要：供应链企业间的知识共享与转移要跨越企业边界,其行为主体可能是企业或企业中的部门、个人。基于此,文中建立了多层次的、跨越多种边界的供应链企业间知识共享与转移模型,并进一步分析了各层次中知识共享与转移的渠道和特点,以期为供应链企业间的知识共享与转移活动的顺利进行提供决策参考。The knowledge sharing and transfer among members in supply chain should cross the boundary of the enterprises,and its behavior may be the enterprise or the departments and individuals in enterprise. Based on this,the hierarchical models of knowledge sharing and transfer among members in supply chain are established in this paper,and channels and characteristics of the knowledge sharing and transfer are studied. The targeted aim of this paper is to puts forward decision reference in the activities of knowledge sharing and transfer in supply chain.
