摘 要:随着我国物流业的快速发展,为满足企业人才需求,专业人才培养模式也在不断的寻求着新的突破。回归"师徒制"既是当代物流职业教育发展的需要,也是校企深度合作的一条坚韧的纽带。同时,当代师徒制内涵的进一步丰富,为行业人才培养与储备奠定了坚实基础。结合物流职业教育的特点,文中首次提出将行业人才培养和师徒制模式拓展成"双场一线"的培养模式。即教师企业学习——教师校内指导学生(企业专家到校指导学生)——企业职工在岗指导学生(企业职工入校学习)的循环交互式建设体系,把行业人才培养和师徒制模式拓展成为以企业和学校两个场所,以相互培养人才为一条主线。With the rapid development of China’s logistics industry,to meet the talents demand of enterprises,talents cultivation model is constantly seeking new breakthroughs. Return to "apprenticeship"is not only the need of contemporary logistics vocational education development,but also a tough ties of the deep cooperation between college and enterprise. At the same time,further enrichment of contemporary apprenticeship connotation,laid a solid foundation for industry personnel training and reserve. Combined with the characteristics of Logistics Vocational Education,this paper first expand the industry personnel cultivation and apprenticeship model into"double- place- one- line"cultivation model. That is a circular interactive system,in which the teachers learn from enterprise——teachers guide students at school( enterprise experts go to the school to guide students) —— enterprise workers to guide students on- the- job. To expand the industry personnel cultivation and apprenticeship to be a model in which enterprise and school as two places,talents intercultivation as a main line.
