摘 要:工程职业化是国家对部分高等院校教育职业化的重大战略,是改变当前大学普遍追求科研、忽视工程应用型人才培养的重大转折。该文剖析了大学教学中重理论轻实践的教学风气;对以IT通信为特色的地方本科院校的角色定位和新的挑战,以南京邮电大学为例,论述了传统通信专业课程建设的不足之处。紧扣通信行业对本科毕业生的最直接需求,以计算机通信网课程为实践基地,结合以工程教育CDIO模式,提炼为一种基于SPD的课程建设模式,注重精选主题,优化管理过程,精化落实细节,为大学生开展工程职业化训练开启了良好的示范,取得了可赞的实效。Engineering & professionalism are major innovation strategy for regular institutions of higher learning,which focus more on the skilled professional’s cultivation than the talent researchers.First,the traditional teaching mode is discussed and doubted,then the new roles and challenges are confronted with those provincial- owned college specialized on IT or communication.Taking NUPT as an illustration,there are more deficiency on specialty courses,when fostering the requirements of modern enterprises and operators,the computer communication network course has developed a brand- new SPD course teaching mode,which is derived from the earlier CIDO mode,the SPD mode contains three core bodies: main subjects are selected carefully,project management is optimized,details make a big difference.All these practice and efforts play a role in the construction of engineering & professionalism,which deserves widely praised.
