摘　　要：该文结合厚膜集成电路生产工艺的校内生产实习特点,简化了生产工艺过程,并让学生认识到校内生产工艺和企业生产的差异。通过到相关企业制作生产工艺录像,制作多媒体课件,补充校内的生产工艺的教学环节,完善了校内生产实习的内容。Combining with the production technology of thick film integrated circuit and characteristics of production practice on campus,we are simplifying the campus production practice and making the students know the differences between the factory production and the campus production practice.Through coming to the relevant electronic factory to make video of production technology and making multimedia courseware,we have added the teaching process about the factory production process and enriched the content of campus production practice.
