摘  要:良好的组织氛围对员工的隐性知识共享行为有积极的促进作用。本研究通过对某事业单位职工的调查,获取343份有效问卷,运用SPSS11.5软件检验了组织氛围中信任、创新、公平、人际关系、竞争等5个维度与员工隐性知识共享之间的关系。结果表明,组织氛围的不同维度与隐性知识共享及其不同维度存在相关,组织氛围的好坏可以在一定程度上预测隐性知识共享的程度。A good organizational atmosphere plays a positive role in promoting the implied knowledge sharing behavior of em-ployees. Through the survey on staff of a public institution, with 343 valid questionnaires, the paper uses SPSS 11.5 software to inspectthe relationship between five dimensions of the organizational atmosphere such as fairness, trust, innovation, interpersonal relation andcompetition and the implied knowledge sharing of employees. The results show that there exists the relationship between different di-mensions of organizational atmosphere and implied knowledge sharing, and to some extent, the stand or fall of organizational atmo-sphere can predict the extent of the implied knowledge sharing.
